yes it is a ban????
but i think when all levels are banned its a other thing that are only one is banned
or you lost all your stars....
but one banned level with the reason : no stars or no one have reached the end... i think its ok to delete these levels

Why ninty bann levels with reasson spamming in miiverse?
Nintendo think we earn stars trough the miiversespam and banned all lvls and delete all stars

It's not a ban, however it's still something that affects the Nintendo Network servers.

Also yeah, levels are removed for no reason all the time, I hate it when that happens.
