I hear you.. apart from some digestive issues from time to time (which is a totally separate thing), i'd take this over the alternative any day of the week.
Well just recently in fact (2-3 months ago).. it's linked to mental health, stress/ anxiety for me. im doing much better now, although it comes and goes (nothing severe, but noticeable).
