It's true the teen male + 13-17 male category equals 119, but the total number of all shootings there is 240, not 361

Why I can't read? I rarely do, but I must agree with x69543 on this, the math on this article is just really twisted and hard to understand (so I let you imagine how harder it is to understand for a non-english native speaker (you seem to forget that too, not everyone on this planet is speaking english natively)).
Also, again, when did the word "majority" started to mean "the bigger group" and not "50%+1"?

But if you add up all group of age, from 18 to 56+, it sums up to 60

3d printing guns is already illegal

but you can make a gun with a pipe too, so banning 3d printing isn't gonna make a big difference

From what I understood, printing the parts and assembling them was something terribly dangerous few years ago (you would shoot once and the gun would blow up in your hand). But today, it's apparently possible to print more durable weapon (better technique? better printer? better model? better material? i don't know). They are not as efficient as real weapon, but they still can do the job.

EDIT : Here, they call them "Armes fantômes" (literraly, phantom/ghost weapon), as they don't have any serial number or anything that can allow police forces to trace the owner.

You need a special type of filament, which now is high controlled, but you can find it if you work hard enough.
