Hacking Possibly another update nag removing method(emunand)

So i installed a wifi-switching cia somewhere on this forum(auto version) and found this pretty handy - I switched on/off wifi only that way for couple of times. And then two days ago i realized that update nag is gone! I mostly using gateway 9.0 emunand(unlinked) with latest rxtools. Earlier I tried to remove this nag with old method(L+R+Down+A+Power) - no luck. Can anyone prove me right? (n3ds 9.0e)

It's because u some how stop the new update downloading during the sleep mode……

If the new download update didnt finish, of course nag wont show up anymore.
