Hacking Possible to make a motion logo? (DS (ONE))

Hey guys,

I've already customized my whole Supercard and the SKIN as well.
But I was wondering if it was possible to make a logo screen that is in motion?
In case no one knows what screen I'm talking about, it's the screen with SUPERCARD on it after you turn on the DS and
wait for the 2 white starting screens to go away.

So is it possible? Or can it only be a still image?
