Because it wouldn't be possible without svcbackdoor.

svcBackdoor is already used almost everywhere to get Kernel11... And svchax would be more appropriated to something that exploits a svc call or svc itself.

For my money the exploit should be called new super memechunkhax 3 & knuckles featuring Dante from the Devil May Cry series.
Or we could just let aliaspider name it whatever they want. Just saying.

This should be called memchunkhax2.1. Because this is still memchunkhax2, as presented in the 32c3, and this time with gspwn, as derrek stated on #3dsdev (not 100% confirmed yet). So nothing new.
