Im really want to upgrade and make a tutorial on how to downgrade now but im worried that even after i have emunand backed up and that a9lh will mess up somehow ending up with a bricked device. I already gave my other 2ds away to a friend.

that is true, but the test app sets the clock rate to the o3DS speed (and disables L2 cache) before running the exploit, so the problem is somewhere else.
also this exploit doesn't modify/inject any code, it just modifies some flags.

There already is N3DS support. Someone just needs to recompile svchax. There was a commit 3-4 hours ago adding it. I managed to get it working on my 3DS.
