Gaming Pokemon Sword or Shield ?

I don't usually played Pokemon but Rillaboom caught my eyes. Rillaboom as select character came from Pokemon Shield or Sword ?

Thanks but I already know about evolved hm to Rillaboom but you aren't answering my question. Which game is for Grookey that will evolve him to Rillaboom ? Sword or Shield ? Which game? Both have Grookey ?

Other than the above version exclusives, they're effectively the same game. You can also trade with other people for the Pokémon you can't catch in-game.

I understand why there are two. I decide that I choose Sword and use Grookey. He is going to be my favourite creature. I don't usually playing Pokemon. He is the reason I want him. Pokemon Sword will be my first game thanks to Grookey caught my eyes. He is so cute and funny is that I love little monkey in real life. They are so cute creatures.
