Umm well since there is an entire section called "Rom Hacks" we can share them on gbatemp... The only thing that we can't share is the romfs which he would have to rip himself. We supply romhacks for him to patch onto his own game

Im not 100% sure but generally, don't post pirated things/links/telling where people should go to pirate, google your question before asking it, dont troll, dont be a jerk etc.

Rom hacks are 100% ok as long as we dont link an already edited romfs with the hack in it.

Replying to OP, I can't seem to find it anywhere. The only videos I found where pre-HANS days and where most likely just edited .3ds or .cia files. Nobody, it seems, has released the Mega Arceus model. You could make one yourself though
