Homebrew Pokemon Ranger egg transfer help...

So I've tried using my Pokemon Ranger that's on my flashcart on an actual retail copy of Pokemon Diamond to transfer the Manaphy egg. It doesn't work for some reason...:/ Is there any way to make this work? I have a SuperCard SD also if I need it to make this all work.
