You can download an app called iFunBox which can do it for you. It's a PC app, you just connect your iPhone.

started to play this game during the holidays but could not find a working and good save editor and pkhex only supports main games

the most advanced and complete, with a nice ui, editor for quest
thanks to some on this thread for their guessing that helped to figure out some data
few nice tips i discovered while testing and making the app:
each pokemon has 3 move slots, 1 hidden for the basic move, 1-2 for attacks, but basic and attacks are the same thing so you actually have one extra slot for attacks and can use the basic slot to add special moves.
be aware that special moves may have higher wait times, the best attack i found to replace basic is rock smash, very low wait time (1) but still way more powerful than basic attack
you can assign skill stone bonuses to power stones and they apply to all moves, i dont think they apply to basic slot too tho
you can now make very powerful power stones and pokemons
skill stones can be edited but the bonus data seems to be hard coded, so you cannot add more bonuses to a skill stone but you can still make it better, considering you can now add skill bonuses to power stones, this is a no issue
