Hacking Pokemon new 3ds street pass problem.

Got a9lh installed with updated sysNAND. just recently realized I hardly ever see the green street pass LED light up. last week I opened up mii plaza and I had like four miis waiting on me and I got nothing in notifications along with no green LED flashing. And the other day I did get a notification this time but still no green flashing LED..

I take it to work with me just to street pass.After work I pull it out and look at the LED before I open it every time. I also have Aureinand CFW.
