Homebrew Pokémon Games WII U VC Injects

Hey everyone just after a bit of advice.

So I think at one point I managed to get Ruby to install via WUP Package, but it just displayed a white screen when loading it up, is this due to the Save not being compatible, do we have a fix for this? - On wii U

Also for FireRed/Leafgreen I've heard the save becomes currupt after E4...

Could somebody tell me how to succesfully install these games where...

A) They will boot
B) RTC Events will work with RSE
C) FRLG won't end up with a currupt save after E4

or is this not possible due to the emulator not supporting 128KB Flash saves?

I have a patch for the original fire red us rom to change 128kb save to 64kb.
