ROM Hack Pokemon Emerald title screen offsets?

I've started a basic Pokemon Emerald hack on my computer (mainly just me adding all the 1st evolutions of the 1st and 2nd generation Pokemon into it, thus making it actually possible to "catch them all" without trading. Since I like to solo Pokemon games.) and I wanted to change the title screen. But for that I need to know the offsets (or at least I think that's what they're called) of the title screen images. I tried to find them myself but looking though 5000+ images would take too long. So I took the easy way out and thought I would just ask here. I also had another question that I can't be bothered creating a thread for and that is what the Pokemon Emerald Pokedex offset is? (not the national dex, the one you get given at the start). Any help would be much appreciated.

I do not know much about GBA hacking, but I know this site linked below has a plethora for GBA hacking tools just for Pokemon. I am sure you can find a tool or a tutorial for editing the Emerald Title Screen.
