Gaming Pokemon Diamond legit help

I did the glitch that you can bike to darkrai where you pass fake sinnoh.
Now i save at a wrong place so every time i start the game i can't do anything and it freezes.
I have really good pokemon on that game and I would like to ask you guys if there's a way to solve this problem.

You could maybe try to change your position using pokesav?

But it's a legit game card.
Is it possible with a legit card?

You could make an action replay cheat that changes you X,Y coordinates in pokesav and the use it with either a flashcart(with Nitrohax) or an actual action replay.
You could also use NDS backup tool and dump your .sav on your computer and then modify it with pokesav. Then use NDS backup tool again to put it back on your retail cart and you should be good to go.

Thank you Pyrmon for your help i'm gonna try use the guid you gave me and then pokesav.
But how can I get the sav file bac on my card the guide only sya how to get it off.

NDS backup tool should have an option to get .sav back to the cart.
