ROM Hack Pokemon Diamond - Battle Music Hack.

Well, as being a competive battler and battleing multiple times on wifi almost everyday, the music just got old. so i decided to change it!

so far i have 2 succesfull hacks.

one changed the trainerbattle music to the E4 champion battle music, could be nice to use on those epic wifi battles

the other one i have it play the music from the team galactic admin battles, beccause i think its i nice song.
in later hacks i may do the e4/gym music, dialga/palkia battle music, mesprit/uixe/azelf music.

Sounds good. It would be funny if you would replace the sound with something so obscure that you could freak out your friends with. For instance: to your friend "Hey man I think I got a bad copy of the newest pokemon game." Your friend "Why would you say that?" You "Well just listen to this battle, 'Uhhhh!!! do me!!!!'" Your friend "WTF?!"

@yandao there have been a few of these made (if you use music contained within the sdat they are fairly trivial to make), here is the thread discussing this hack:

@drkshinigami these hacks work by duping the game into loading a song it already has which makes things very easy.
Not a step by step but the above link details what you need to do it and if you page search for sound hacking in the hacking guide stickied in this section/in my signature you should be able to find something.

Also @"can we get it in AR form crowd". I am not sure what method KazoWAR used but the length of the sdat should be unchanged which means you can insert it with ndsts and essentially have a clean rom (the binaries and file structure should be completely unchanged). It also means it should be relatively portable between hacks and possibly even versions/regions (not sure if pokemon essentially does the two same games thing these days or has gone more like demikids/later megaman titles).
