I no longer have a gamepad, the problem is not and can't be internet explorer, all my games have either dlc or are eshop, so, after managing to get the homebrewing process automatically, i finally gave my friend's gamepad back, now, i only have wiimotes, so NO, I can't uninatall dpcs, because even settings require gamepad, I can't do anything, is there at least a payload file to access another app instead of Mii Maker?, PLEASE HELP ME, this Wii U was almost just bought, please...

There is a file manager for virtual Wii where you can access Wii U NAND memory. If you homebrewed your virtual Wii too. Wii u gamepad is half of the console and to get most experience out of wii u is buying a gamepad. Just make sure it has exact same region that your console.
