Hacking Playing roms

Not too sure about installing theme cias but I believe on that iso site has themes in CHMM2 format. An alternative if you can't find an answer

so issue.....
I opened the homebrew via my cfw and installed a theme, now when I launch it freezes right away. what do I do? Ive deleted the file off the sd card already.

I accidently deleted my nintendo3ds folder. I had a folder inside the n3ds folder highlighted that was supposed to delete and for w.e reason it deleted the whole fcking folder..... Does this mean I will have to redo the entire process?

Don't think so?
Just make sure you have your 9.2 CIAs in the update folder, and find a method to enter homebrew.
Find a copy of the newer "memchunkhax3" sysupdater and put it into the 3ds folder
Now enter into homebrew and run the sysupdater to downgrade.

Im still downgraded, I mean for installing a cfw. Im just trying to get fbi back now and then ill just reinstall all the roms i had.

Oh, then just download decrypt9 and follow the procedure to inject fbi into health and safety app.
