To use online services, you agree to Nintendo's Terms of Services. Modifying your console is a violation of the Terms of Service. Violating the Terms of Service leads to a ban.

That certificate is tied to your game. That certificate cannot be duplicated without dumping it. Dumping it means you modified your console. If you modified your console, you will be banned.
