Hacking Playing online with DLC's

If I play online with Mario Kart 8 DLC's, can i get banned?
When I launch the MK8 with DLC's i need to launch Mocha too (if i dont launch Mocha DLC's doesnt work), and i dont know if this can be dangerous.

You are not going to get banned on the Wii U for having CFW, pirated titles, or pirated DLC. The only thing you could get banned for is cheating online, so don't cheat online.

If you want to make it so Mario Kart with illegitimate DLC can run without having to launch CFW manually each time, you can follow this guide:

In short, you can use some free DLC to "legitimize" the illegitimate DLC. This guide is only useful for people with Mocha or Haxchi. If one has CBHC installed, then there isn't much of a point to following this guide, since you are coldbooting CFW anyway.

Edit: To be clear, the only purpose in legitimizing your Mario Kart DLC is so you don't have to painstakingly launch Mocha each time you want to play Mario Kart. You are safe from a ban regardless of whether or not you follow the guide.
