Homebrew PKSM Events

I'm having a little trouble with PKSM Events. I can't tell which gifts I would be able to get legitimately for my version. I'm playing ultra Sun from frshop, usa.



Which pokemon are giveaways for the USA and for ultra Sun??

Do i need to edit the meet date or any other info?

Some pokemon, like for example Ash Greninja on page 13, have different language options that you can select. But they're automatic/original option is not English. Does this mean they are available to all the countries of the language you can select? It's not clear if that is the case.

If there is a guide with all these answers I'd be more than happy to read it, if anyone knows of one. Or if you can answer any of these questions i would be grateful.

Edit: on an alternate topic, My ultra sun game tells me an update is required to use the internet. But there's no new updates in frshop. What should I do?

I don't know how the date works but besides that you can treat them as if you got the by trades since they have their own OT.
For the language, I think those are the countries they were released, so if you get them in English better, but if you treat them as traded it doesn't really matter.
And about update, you can update on the game itself, just get online while on the select screen and the 3ds will warn you about a new update for the game.

PKSM's event database is outdated so you can't rely on it for 2018 events right now. The database assumes you know whats new and doesn't tell you anything. Like a user said above, PKhex would show you all the event pokemon for your version and can easily import them. 2018 is all about the year of the legends. I believe it started in February with palkia, then March with regigigas, then April with Entei. There's more to come in the later months. And if you purchased pokemon gold/silver, you get celebi. Also if you had pokemon bank at a certain date, you get the three starters fully evolved. Also if you had your game registered with global link at a certain date, you got a master ball.
EDIT: Forgot to mentoin the dusk form rockruff from Nov 2017 at the game's release.

Just make sure it says that its for USUM and not for SM. Any event below Nov 2017 is for Sun and Moon.

Whenever I use the events option all I do is hit a to inject it and don't touch any of the options whatsoever... I mean I have never tried to use any Pokemon online and competitive play so I don't know nothing about legality checks or anything like that... However from a straight stand-alone play point... The Pokemon work just fine when you don't mess with the options even the ones from Japan and stuff!


What I would like to know is this... Someone told me that you can inject new or events that are not options in the events menu but I have no clue on how to do it... For instance do you monthly legendary giveaway they are doing this year you can get those through pksm but they are not options in the event menu... No clue how to do it but I would love to know!

I would also love to know how to set a default original trainer name do something other than pksm... It's a pain in the ass when you Jen a lot of Pokemon and you have to keep changing it manually!

thanks for the link to that website for the Wonder cards! Is there a tutorial anywhere on how to inject them into pksm? Because on that website it only tells you how to do it with pkhex...
