ROM Hack PKHeX - Mega Evolution Before 5th Gym ORAS

I made lots of pokemon with PKHeX which are ready to use and injected to the main file. But I am at the very first part of the game. So I can't use Mega Evolve at this time on the wifi battles too. How can I edit my main file to bypass it? And how can I open all the map?
