ROM Hack pk3DS -- "Could not get the GARC," am I missing something?

Hello, I am (sort of) a noob at this so you maaay have to bear with me.

As the title says, I am having a problem with pk3DS (Omega Ruby ROM), specifically the RomFS loading. Here's the error:

It shows a lot of other errors too, but that's the first one. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, unless it's the build's fault (I'm using a build from Github since PP is down...), which in that case if anyone could PM me an older build of pk3DS, I would greatly appreciate it.

I think I figured out the problem. During the rxtools CTR decryption process, I dropped my 3DS and it probably hit the b button or something... I am decrypting it again.

EDIT: Also, I tried another build off of these forums, and that didn't work either. So all things point to that.
