Hacking pimp my wii help

help ...my friend says he has problems with is softmoded wii...so i tried running pimp my wii..witch i did but every thing wont install...i clicked on the fix and seach problem thing...it searched alot of ioses from the internet and tried installing all but it wont ... it kida look like this : downloading content (1/15)
(20 sec. after that )
downloading content (15/15)
and then it look like this...: installing content (1/15)
blablabla it couldnt install error -22 ...it happens to all ioses i tried to install with pimp my wii.. im on wii menu 4.3Ewan ...i safely updated my wii... and my friend doesnt seem to have bootmii ...is that the problem???
