is there anyway to get my wireless Xbox 360 guitar to work with my Xbox one wireless adapter or an alternative program to use 360 controllers on pc?

I’m almost certain that the 360 controller uses proprietary connections, so you have to have the 360 wireless adapter to use it on PC.

No I’m saying I have an Xbox one wireless adapter but it’s not recognizing my Xbox 360 guitar controller Snd was looking for an alternative way to use the Xbox 360 guitar controller on my pc

It's not recognizing your Xbox 360 controller because the Xbox One adapter does not work with Xbox 360 controllers. As Chary says, 360 controllers use a proprietary connection, it's not the same as an Xbox One controller's. You need to have a 360 wireless adapter if you want to connect your 360 peripherals to your PC, the Xbox One adapter can't do that.

EDIT: Alternatively, you could buy a wired 360 guitar. Those are your only real choices.
