Hardware pc is not reading my sd card

ok so yesterday everything was working fine but then i took my sd card out of the slot really fast now my sd card slot is not reading my cards no matter what i do please help

Check the pins in the reader to make sure none of them are sticking in a weird direction

i don't think that it is because it reads my sd card backwards but it doesint show up on file manager

restart computer? try restart with the card inserted..
dont you have other stuff to try the sd card in?

yea my other pc which it does work in im going to try restarting it

you know the back of the sd card right? now if i put it inside the sd slot the light that indicates that the sd card is inside of the pc shows up (not trying to sound rude)

No, I get that, you're just... Not supposed to be able to do that. And either way, that may be damaging the slot. The light probably isn't an indicator as to whether the port is functioning or not, because most ports like that have a switch that's depressed when the card is fully inserted, rather than checking power at the contacts
