Hacking Passcard 3

Hi guys.

I was looking through the forums (even searched) but I didn't see anything on this (or maybe I was blind).

Anyway, does anyone know which cards the Passcard 3 is compatible with? I currently own Ez Flash Cart II Powerstar and I was hoping it is compatible with the device (so that I don't have to spend unnecessarily). But if not, The Passcard 3 combo would be better?
