Hardware Parental Lock

I just got a 3DS LL with 9.1.0 FW for homebrew, but there's apparently a parental lock that prevents me from doing almost anything. Is there any way to get around this for a japanese console?

It doesn't hurt to try just say you travel. I'm pretty sure they can unlock it for .50 cent
