Hacking Pal to Ntsc?

Just to be sure I thought i should ask.

I have a wii from England and I'd like to change the region to US. So far the only way I have heard how, and can find so far, is with Any Region Changer. Anyone had experience with changing regions using this or other tools? As of this point I have done nothing to it. Would love some insight =) Thanks all.

I should be able to install the homebrew channel like i normally do right? As i have access to the SD card menu. Bootmii doesn't care what region it is correct?

Extact the apps and ios folders to sd:\
Your card should look like-
sd:\ios
sd:\apps
Load HBC, launch ARCmod06_Offline
Use ios249 or ios36(patched)
Go down to "system menu 4.1 installer"
set region to "USA", below that click set&save
You now have a region mismatch warning
below that click click install- GO
Use waninkoko's method
The warning should now be gone, all settings should display as USA, English. The install system menu should display 4.1u
Verify, Verify again
Now exit to HBC

EDIT: nvm, i just didnt read it properly. Thank you =) I'm doing it as i type this.

EDIT 2: After this can i use the NTSC 4.2U update pack from xzxero and update to 4.2U safely? I would assume yes.
