Hacking P3 and P5 not launching

I try to launch Dancing in Moonlight and Dancing in Starlight but the splash screen loads like when you load a game normally, and then black. Nothing else happens, yet I can still use the ps button and exit out of it. I've reinstalled multiple times now, any tips?

Persona 3's comp pack works, but Persona 5's doesnt download at all. Anyone else having these issues?

Not necessarily. When I first bought Chronus Arc and didn't have a CompPack for it, sometimes it'd give me an error code, and sometimes it would just black screen.
Also, they mentioned that P3 started working after installing the compatibility pack, so that kind of negates your statement.
The immediate error code you get on a higher firmware game denotes an issue with the initial firmware check, before any of the game assets are loaded. A black screen typically means there's an issue reading/decrypting the data itself.
