Gaming Other towns in ACNL

Is there any way to go to other towns without having friends who play it? i really want to but none of my friends play it.
If not, i would like to add people from here if there's an official friend code list (i haven't seen one, might have missed it) or something i will post mine there, if not my FC is 2939-0456-6813.

Besides visiting, you can visit other towns as "dreams" having their "dream addresses".

May I recommend you other forum for ACNL? It's Bell Tree Forums, http://www.belltreeforums.com/
There are a lot of active players there.
