I don't think it would be that hard with the Wiimote. People can do it with a mouse.

It really looks fun to play, but yeah, I don't think someone can port this.

Best I could say for now is run EBA/ Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan! through DeSmumWii or whatever the emulator is called.

you can play the game with a Udraw game tablet, since the tablet is a supported playstyle.
