Hacking Ordering & Processing from Dealextreme

When I ordered off of their website, they only gave me a receipt number. I was wondering if they were going to email me a tracking number? It has been charged onto my bank account, but I was just wondering if they were going to email me anything later on, so that way I won't have to freak out about it.

Anyone else had this problem when ordering off their site?

They give you a tracking number around when they send it. You need to check your order to look at it.

I typed in my receipt number and gave them my email address, but they popped up saying that it didn't match. I clearly received an email from dealextreme.com to my email address but why wouldn't it not connect!? I tried both typing in without the "-" and with the dashes but it still didn't match up in their "database".

Reciept number should look like this ******** and your email should be your full email typed correctly that you used when you made the purchase. Also you can make a dx account using the email of the one you used for the order to check the order.
