If your looking for a safe, fast, us seller I would try WCRepairs. Just got my Gateway from them today. Took about 3 Days from order to be delivered. Fairly good price right now too ($69.95). They say they have 12 in stock as of now so if you plan on using them, better hurry. P.S. They shipped mine from Illinois.

Wait, it shipped as in you are getting UPS tracking? or as in UPS "Order Processed: Ready for UPS", only asking because I ordered from there last Thursday I think, and I'm still being told on the UPS website that the order is being processed.

Last Thursday? Were they backordered at that point? That's the only reason why I can see it taking that long.

Don't worry bro, I contacted them yesterday(they have very nice customer support response times, there was a response within 30 minutes)and they said that they are receiving the shipment of them on Thursday, which they will then ship it out that same day. I don't know but hopefully you MIGHT get yours shipped at the same time as mine. Since as it says on their website "OUT OF STOCK (received shipment but only enough for backorders) More coming first week of December". I might not even get mine until the next shipment, I can't remember if that was there when I ordered

I think it is pretty much most of them only accept Visa, except for a select few. At least that's what I read so don't quote me on it.

Probably to save money from whatever credit card processing company they use. Anyway, I know wcrepairs accepts mastercard visa and american express along with paypal, plus their prices are comparable to modchipcentral.
