I knew Nintendo had their own (developed in-house) graphics editor for NDS graphics, but I was doing some random googling and this came up. I don't know if any of you have seen it before but it was new to me.

I got all excited when I saw the "free trial version" but turns out that it's only available under the same conditions as if you were buying the full version. (That is, you have to be a licensed Nintendo developer.) Being me I tried anyway and got this email back:

heard of it before ,they too have a sprite studio(i dont remember the name well)
i used one of their programsthey had one for the ps2 i used it to modify some mk armaggedon things(theyre difficult to rip) to make a kos-mos cameo.
i have been out of the world of hacking so i need to update myself(wtf im just 15)

There's a copy of this floating around on rapidshare, not sure if it's the latest version or not though.
