Hacking Opened the 3DS software section outside CFW

And all my games gone poof. I was out to delete an specific game and distractedly commited to stupidity. Is it reversible? I DO have all my saves backed up, but reinstalling every single one is going to be a REAL pain.

if you dont have a recent copy of your emunands "nintendo 3ds" folder . . . . then you will indeed need to reinstall them all
