Hacking OpenDNS *down* no blocking Nintendo servers ??

Hi,

I block the servers from Nintendo with OpenDNS.
Today i turn the Wii U & my Wlan on.
And the msg comes:
System Update ?
I turn fast the power switch.
Now, i switch to TubeHax DNS
and no SYSTEM Update message.

Test it, please.

Does your router dynamically change IP addresses?

You should stick to the TubeHax DNS. I've always had problems with OpenDNS, though my IP is dynamic. TubeHax itself may be dead, but I believe that Smealum is still keeping it up for that reason. Just have all standby options disabled and turn off your system entirely when you're not using it. If you turn on your WiiU and the update starts downloading, then start worrying.
