ROM Hack Open a TTP (TTPF) image? (VC edit)

I'm trying to replace the image of the game boy in VC games, but do someone know how to open TTB images? (If I'm right, it should be this file)

Hey, I extract the image from this file.

Its data layout as follow. Pixel format is RGBA8888 in this case. Image data start from offset 0x20.
