Old Toshiba TV Remote Control?

Today managed to snatch a TOSHIBA 15dl15 LCD television. Unfortunately it's Panel Locked, so I can't use it's different Video Modes or even use Volume Up or Down.

I didn't got the Remote Controller either, and I'm currently looking for a "Universal Toshiba RC".

Does anybody here knows if there's such thing?

That TV shows up as supported by Logitech Harmony remotes.

Most likely any universal remote will work and you can find a list of program codes for Toshiba TVs on various websites.
