Like the title said shows nintendo name and turns off every time i turn it on. Anyone has a idea if i can fix it?

Sometimes the fuse count is incorrect and it will not boot to the official FW.
If it shows a Nintendo logo, then usually it is just a matter of updating it.
Try installing the latest Hekate version and creating a emummc.
Other things to check is the battery info in Hekate.
If you have no battery info, then it will also not boot.
