Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

I played okami in backup a couple of times but it always freezes in certain periods which makes me hard to progress to game. Anyone knows what happened and how to fix it?

I'm using CFG v53 cIOS rev 17...

Hmmm...never had it happen to me on Neogamma. Maybe a bad burn?
