Hacking Ok, quick question reguarding my AK2

Anyway, I have been concerned with the fact that my AK2 uses clips to hold it together, which kinda feel a bit loose.

I need some recommendations to remedy this.

Obviously I could just leave it in my DS all the time, but that isn't practical as I have to take the MicroSD card out to load stuff on it once in awhile.

I was actually wondering if just a smidge of hot glue rubbed on the clips would hold it together. Obviously I don't wan't to get any on the contacts or in the inside, which is why I probably will have to use a toothpick to apply it or something.

However I'm concerned that this method might be dangerous. I don't wan't my AK2 to get stuck in my DS Lite permanantly, but I do want to make sure the clips stay where they are.

So GBATemp, what would you say is a good method to make my AK2 seem a little less flimsy?

Clips? There aren't clips on AK2i's. Thats the AK2.

I specifically just said my AK2 is a AK2, not an AK2i!

Oops, I misread it, too many have AK2is.

In order to us the glue idea you would most likely have to open it up but then the glue might get on chip inside.

So what you are saying is just rubbing a little bit of hot glue along the clips and the sides of the outside of the cart (Minus that little indent area that the DS hooks onto when you insert a cart) wouldn't work?

Thats what I meant by my glue method.

Heh, you couldn't be more wrong.

I love my AK2, more than I could ever love my M3DS Real and the M3 was my first flashcart.

At some point yes, I will buy another one. However due to my stingy nature I don't buy alot of things if I absolutely don't have to.
