Hacking Odd problem when dumping isos

Hey, I'm having an issue with USB Loader 1.1.

Sometimes, when I dump an iso from a burned backup (or an original), the burn process will complete as normal, but when it goes back to the loader's main screen, there are no games listed. This means something went wrong with the dump, and it didn't work. I need to restart the application, and the thing I just tried to dump isn't on the list. It's not too much of a problem, because the dump usually works after the 2nd or 3rd attempt, though. Anyone else having this problem or something similar?

I'm using a WD Elements 500GB HDD if that matters at all.

I have the same problem sometimes. I also just try again until it works.
