Hacking Odd issue after Downgrade. Could use a hand

So, i Just successfully downgrade an O3DSXL from 9.7 to 9.2. Everything seems fine, but I can't get into the 3DS settings screen now to double check my current version. I select it, and it just loads forever, not opening until I force shut down.

Try to update to 10.3 and downgrade back to 9.2.

Wouldn't I need to use the settings screen to do that? Or should I DL 10.3 and use Sysupdater again?

update through the recovery menu. hold up+a+l+r while the 3ds is booting.

I wouldn't use sysupdater, better to use an official update. Since you can't get into settings, you'll have to use the recovery boot mode.

Make sure you're using safesysupdater as this will check the update CIAs before installing them. It's theoretically possible that the issue following the downgrade was due to a corrupt or incorrect CIA.

Yea, Had already started before I read this. Still won't let me into settings after the downgrade. ANything special to make Safesysupdater work? It's in the same area as all the other homebrew, but isn't showing up on the menu.

Edit: Nvm, rename folder, duh.

Edit2: Hey look at that, I had the wrong Update Folder. Up and running now. Woot, thanks much. Will deal with RXtools tomorrow.
