Hacking Ocarina Codes VS Wii Scrubbed IOS's

I have a quick question, Does Original Ocarina Codes Still Work after the Wii ISO is Scrubbed. Or does it change the ISO so must the Ocarina codes no longer work.

The reason i'm asking, i have the JP Version Metroid Prime for Wii and the Ocarina Codes Aren't working, I just noticed this is a Scrubbed Version, Already tried the VI on Gamma still no go


Update: Well sense no one else had any clue i figured it out, Being Scrubbed didn't cause the Problem, I just had to reboot the game with hooks with Ocarina Cheats to make it Work. Couldn't get the codes to work Straight though gamma Though. Weird

As long as you use standart scrubbing the Games still have to work because the game is not changed in any way.
If you use Trucha scrubbing it may cause problems with Ocarina, but I think it shouldn't as long as you don't change the dol or any executable file of the game.
