that file can be on 2 places, in apps/usbloader_gx/ folder, and in another folder (but very rare now, it was used in USBGX 1.x only, if you never had that version you don't have to worry)
Could be the drive you're using. My HDD wouldn't work so I started using a flash drive (HDD worked with Nintendont). If you have any spare drives laying around, test them
