OBS: Stream and Record Diffrent Qualities

Is there a way I could use OBS to stream to Twitch at a lower bitrate, resolution and frame rate than an archive of the stream? I would love to be able to upload high quality versions of the streams to YouTube instead of just using the Twitch export.

I think so. I at least remember an option to stream at a lower quality than the preview, I'm fairly certain that the preview also extends to the archive

While not exactly an answer, it gives me hope and keywords to use. Thanks.

I might just be able to archive the steam how I have it setup at the moment...
