ROM Hack NTW viewer not working with Pokemon moon

Hey guys,

Been streaming on twitch with my New 3DS and have been loving it so far but recently i haven't been able to get NTR viewer to show the screen. Mainly ive been playing Pokemon so here is what ive been doing.
1. Launch NTR on the New 3DS
2. launch Pokemon
3. Enable Debugger
4. Send Memory Patch
5. Connect

Ive been doing this the last few weeks but the last couple days i keep getting an error that reads
ERR: An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket

The IP is right as well.
I'm connected to the internet just fine

Am i doing something wrong here? Is it the capture software? Any help is appreciated!

I can't seem to even get NTR Viewer to even show up on Nitro Stream from the home screen. Ive reset my modem and reentered my ID but nothing is working.

    @The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
