Hardware NTSC to PAL Problem

Hi All

I'm having a problem with playing a NTSC game on my PAL Wii.

I have a Drivekey modchip and ran regionfrii on the ISO before burning it.

But when I insert the disk in the Wii I get a error screen 'Please remove disk and turn off console'

Am I missing a step here or something?
