Hacking NTSC Mario Kart Wii Channel Problem

Using the .3 gamma loader, I tried to install the Mario Kart Wii Channel with a burned NTSC Mario Kart Wii and my NTSC Wii console. It takes me to the Wii System Menu, and I even got a letter from the Mario Kart Wii Channel, but the channel isn't there. Why?

i heard the mario kart channel doesnt work if you install it using a backup... but that might have been an older launcher i heard it about.

I think its the loader.

i installed with a wad, but it doesnt work either!
